TERMS

1.		Products are stored at -23 Centigrade and delivered frozen. No question of damage or short delivery will be entertained unless made at the time of delivery. Nor does Heat & Eat a "sale or return" policy.
2.		Reservation of Title: The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until full transfer of payment of purchase price but the risk shall pass on delivery. The benefit and/or proceeds of any dealings with goods by the customer in contravention of the above reservation of property rights shall be held in trust for us.
3.		Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours, often next day or same day delivery is possible, depending on locatioon. However please do not allow stocks to run completely down before re-ordering.
4.		You are reminded that it is the customer's responsiblity to arrange insurance cover against freezer breakdown & stock loss for goods whilst stored on your premises. Heat & Eat will not be liable for damages caused by customers delays in placing ice creams in their freezers, or keeping the ice creams too high in the freezer cabinets, or next to liquid items placed in freezer (eg. ice poles) for solidifing.
5.		Whilst Heat & Eat will endeavour to maintain all prices for the duration of the year, it reserves the right to alter prices depending on manufacturer's supply price.
6.		All Trade Marks acknowledged as property of thier respective owners.
